Very spacious and bright apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people of 71 square meters, located in the heart of Venice, enjoys an extraordinary centrality: located in Salizada Sant’Antonin, two steps from the Ponte dei Greci, very easy to reach, it is 8-minute walking from San Marco Square and 10, still on foot, from the famous Venice BIENNALE. The nearest public transport stops are ARSENALE and / or SAN ZACCARIA.

Just completely renovated and furnished, it is composed of a large living room with satellite TV, a very large kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts: fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle for hot water, American coffee machine and for espresso coffee with Italian waffles, from two double bedrooms each with a fully equipped walk-in closet, one with a private bathroom in the room, the other with a bathroom outside the room but still inside the apartment: both bathrooms have a very SHOWER wide emotional cascade. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, free WI-FI, satellite to access the various channels in all languages and Smart TV in every room with the possibility of accessing your account to everyone the proposed channels like Netflix, Infinity, Amazon Prime.

The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate two more people.
Possibility of camping cot on request at a fixed extra cost per stay of Euro 10.

Separate laundry room on the ground floor, with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board.
Luggage storage for those wishing to spend a few more hours in the city comfortably.

The area is full of shops of all kinds as well as many bars, pastry shops, restaurants, bacari, Venetian taverns, pharmacy, supermarkets. The apartment is on the second floor of a building from the mid-1700s and has no elevator, as is the vast majority of all the Venetian apartments.

The apartment is SELF-CATERING. We are providing linen, towels and a coutesy set. All goods for everyday use have to be bought or brought by the Guest.

HEATING: Central heating system is activated in the apartments, according to Italian laws in the province of Venice from October 15th until April 15th. After such date Air Conditioning System is expected from April 15th until October 15th. These decision are executed by the City of VENICE and expected to be followed by every citizen or not.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
All additional costs (final cleaning, eventaual late arrival, city tax) are not included from the daily rate of the apartment and are therefore considered surcharges and must be paid by the Guest upon arrival:
Final cleaning: € 60
Obligatory daily city tax set per person by the Council of Venice : Euro 4 per person up to the 5th day

Normal check-in is from 3pm to 7.30 pm at the apartment. In the event of arrival after 7.30 pm an extra charge of € 50 will be due upon arrival till and not later 9 p.m.. Late check in is anyway on request and if possible.

TOURIST TAX
Since 24 August 2011 all visitors staying in an accommodation facility in the area of the Municipality of Venice must pay the “tourist tax” whch is 4 Euro per person..The tourist tax, per person, only to be paid for the first 5 days. Children under 10 years of age are free. Young people aged 10 to 16 have a 50% reduction. These amounts must be paid in cash upon arrival. Funds raised will help the town to improve the quality of tourist offers (services, museums, events …) and to fund the works required to maintain, use and recovery the magnificent cultural and architectural heritage Venice boasts. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a short lease for tourism purposes, according to the Italian law 431 of 1998, regularly translated into all languages and to provide a copy of your identity document.
